Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C (77 C) at the plate level. Recommend testing the dishwasher plate temperature with a max hold thermometer.
Temperature records are up to date.
The ice machine was clean and is part of the weekly and monthly cleaning schedule.
Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm.
A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports available for review. Treatments are being done for drain flies
The manager is certified with a FoodSafe Level 1 equivalent course.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
