Corrective Action(s): - Please keep the man door tightly closed all the time.

Routine inspection conducted with the presence of ASM.

- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- Hand sinks fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- All coolers at 4 C or less.
- Freezers temperature satisfactory.
- First in First Out practice observed in the facility.
- High temperature dishwashers at Produce back room measured 79 C at the plate level.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles and dispensing unit at 200 ppm.
- Randomly checked nuts, canned products, and baby formula, no expired product.
- Bulk bin scoops were washed and sanitized daily.
- Contracted pest control company service biweekly.
