Routine inspection. Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers found at 4c or below. Hot holding at greater than 60c. Freezers found at -18c. . Bleach water sanitizer found at 100ppm concentration. Dishwasher reached 74c at dish level. Ice machine is in sanitary condition during time of inspection. Recommendation: Coffee grinders should be cleaned on routinely basis. Ensure to clean the external components of all equipment. Coolers are being cleaned twice weekly. Staff observed to have good hygiene. Staff wearing uniforms and have hair restrained/tied back. All foods are located off the floor. Foods are from approved sources. Storage room has sufficient amount of lighting. Overall sanitation is satisfactory. No pest activity noted during time of inspection.
