General Comments:
- Hand sink has hot and cold water, soap and paper towel
- Coolers <4C
- Freezers -18C
- Hot-holding units not in operation at the time of inspection. Probe thermometer available
- Temperature logs are generally in use for fridges and freezers
- Dish washer reaches >71C at the surface of the dishes
- Sanitizer dispenser produces 200ppm Quat. Operator reported bottles are refilled for every event.
- Food storage is on shelving and foods are covered

Items for next inspection:
- Include hot-holding temperatures in daily logs to help ensure minimum of 60C is maintained
- Install door sweeps for doorways to concession and storage rooms to help exclude pests from food storage areas
- Provide an updated Food Safety plan to the health authority and keep a copy onsite for staff for next routine inspection
- Recommend providing physical barrier between mop sink and dish washing space to help prevent cross contamination
