Walk in cooler was < 4 C. The front cooler had an ambient temperature of 7 C. No potentially hazardous food was kept inside at the time of the inspection, ensure that it is adjusted to < 4 C prior to usage. Ensure that the temperature of both coolers is checked daily. No evidence of pests. Organization needed for the front of the store.
