Routine Inspection Conducted - No food preparation, cooking or handling observed during inspection. Kitchen was observed closed. Observations: - Walk-in cooler at 3'C - General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection - Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - High-temperature dishwasher measured at 82'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C) - 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach - Bleach available on site as food contact surface sanitizer *Note: ensure sanitizer is prepared when the kitchen is in operation. Ensure sanitizer is prepared at a concentration of 100-200 ppm by mixing 1/2 teaspoon of bleach with 1L of water. - No hot-holding observed on site - Minimal food storage observed on site. - All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor - Equipment observed in sanitary condition - No signs of pest activity during inspection - Professional rodent traps observed in place Notes: - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
