-Closure order is issued.

General comments:

- Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory with exception of broken display cooler

** Test strip for sanitizer are available but staff are not trained to use them properly, train staff to use proper sanitizer level
** Ensure accurate thermometers are provided at all coolers
** Ensure to add monitoring data for dishwasher and sanitizer on record sheet.
** Ensure to label all cooked /processed foods in cooler with date of preparation (max 2-3 days in cooler) or expiry date

Please send a copy of assessment report by professional pest control company and a written report re: addressing all noted issues (violation codes and ** items) to request for opening inspection.No food prep until approval is provided by Fraser health.
