Observation: - Rodent droppings observed in the following areas:
- Under freezer and oven.
- Main gate storage area.
- Under 3-compartment sink, beside around and behind grease trap.
- Small flies noted around 3-compartment sink/ mop sink area.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and clean above noted areas.
- Red hose (between mop sink and 3-compartment sink) has food debris residue. Remove and clean and flies appear attracted to red hose.
- Use 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water) at affected areas.
- Ensure that areas of stagnant water at grease trap areas are eliminated to prevent potential pest attraction.
- Continue monitoring for pest activity.

- Food debris and rodent droppings accumulation noted around and behind grease trap.
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean the above noted areas and all other surfaces and hard to reach areas.
