Bulb intensity increased inside the walk in cooler. Time tracking in place for the ham and cheese buns Walk in cooler at 0c (Check to verify product is not freezing). Ideal would be 1 to 2c Freezers cold holding at <-18c. One freezer on defrost at time of inspection Bleach available. Bleach concentration tested at approx. 200ppm at sanitizing sink All 3 stoppers available at the 3 compartment sink Liquid soap and paper towels at hand sinks. Hot and cold water provided No pest issues observed.
