- Salad prep cooler also measured at 4C or colder
- Temperature logs available and up to date
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 79C at the dish surface during final rinse (minimum 71C required)
- Quats sanitizer solution available in spray bottles at 200 ppm
- Hand washing stations properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- No hot-holding of soup at time of inspection
- General sanitation is excellent
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Operating permit posted.
- Staff with valid FoodSafe certification onsite
Notes:
- Facility currently approved for assembling and reheating already cooked food items (sandwiches/paninis, soups, salads, baked goods) only, as there is no ventilation canopy.
- A freezer has been ordered
- Ice machine and additional hand sink to be added in the future - updated floor plans to be submitted when ready |
