Observation: Stains observed on the plastic cover inside the ice machine.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and next batch after sanitizing. Correct by: Immedidately.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: No hard surface sanitizer available at the time of the inspection. Staff were using multi-surface disinfectant as the sanitizer.
Correction: Approved sanitizer (200 ppm quats or 100-200ppm chlorine solution) must be available at all time during operation. Do not use multi-surface disinfectant on food contact surfaces. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces on site.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 1. Front serving area hand washing station was blocked by the smoothie cover.
2. Soap dispenser at the hand washing station near the dishwasher was broken.
3. Missing paper towel for the hand washing station inside the men's washroom.
Correction: Ensure hand washing stations are not blocked and provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels at all time. Correct by: Immediately.

Follow-up inspection:
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats available in spray bottles.
- Cheese, cut onions, cut lettuce, pickles and bacons were time tracked and stored at room temperature.
- Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary condition.
