Liquid soap and paper towel were present at the sink for handwashing
Sanitizer is brought from dispenser in main kitchen when this kitchen is in use.
Fridge was 4C Freezer was -16C
50ppm chlorine residual was detected on dishes following cycle in dishwasher indicating dishes are being sanitized effectively.
No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection
