Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted: Hot holding of sauce products were at 60C or above. Walk-in cooler at 4C. Stand-up freezer at -18C. Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered. No pest noted General sanitation satisfactory. 3 compartment sink and hand washing station satisfactory. Ensure to prepare a container of sanitizer and store all wiping rags in the solution.
