Comments

Kitchen lighting has been replaced and is now adequate. A stainless steel large ladle has been purchased and in use to stir the stocks. Existing wooden ladle appears to be smooth and easily cleanable. Garlic oil is stored on top of the hot plate and is measured at 60.5C. Owner's Foodsafe certificate is posted on the wall above Health Operating Permit (expiry date July 2023). No further concerns.
