A follow-up inspection was completed: - Kitchen floor was scrubbed clean. - Half of the exhaust canopy filters were clean and the other half were in the process of being cleaned. - The walls and ceiling were cleaned. ACTION: - Immediately remove all rodent bait stations (black boxes) from the premises as rodent poison is NOT allowed in food premises. Surfaces which food is stored, prepared or processed on could accidently become contaminated with poison by rodents' paws. - Sanitation level of the kitchen requires to improve AND be maintained on a daily basis. Minimal menu and food is being processed, therefores staff shall have the time to clean when not serving patrons.
