- Bleach solution available in bucket at 100 ppm. Ensure to change solution every 4 hours or sooner if solution becomes visibly cloudy/dirty
- Upright cooler measured to be 2C; undercounter prep cooler measured to be 1C, prep cooler inserts measured to be 3C
- Upright freezer and chest freezer temperatures adequate
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 77C at plate surface level during final rinse cycle
- 2-compartment sink available
- No hot holding was being done at time of inspection - rice was being cooked at time of inspection
- General sanitation OK. Ensure interior of coolers are cleaned and sanitized regularly
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
