Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket at the bar had 0 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Refilled to 200 ppm quats during the inspection. Ensure that it is refilled more often throughout the day\.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pork was thawing at room temperature for over an hour. It was still < 4 C, however food should not be thawed at room temperature to prevent bacteria buildup.

Observation: a) As noted in the last inspection report, the kitchen and bar flooring needs replacement. Manager to contact Fraser Health within one week to discuss plan to replace flooring.
b) Two light covers in the kitchen are missing.
c) The door on chest freezer # 1 was broken.
Corrective Action(s): a) 1 week.
b) Replace within one month.
c) Repair within one month.

Comments

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Temperature records are up to date. Recommend keeping records for the dishwasher and glasswasher as well.
Quats sanitizer at the dispenser measured at 200 ppm.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine.
The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
No evidence of pests. Traps are in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
