An unscheduled follow-up inspection to routine inspection #SHUN-CGHM5S was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the last routine inspection were inspected for compliance.

Comments

Summary of Inspection
At the follow-up inspection conducted on October 3, 2022 there were 7 children, and one staff present. The Licensee has addressed all previously identified contraventions.
No further action is required by the Licensee and Licensing.
The contents of the inspection report was reviewed with the Manager via telephone after the inspection. This report was written off site due to Covid-19 to help promote health and hygiene. A copy of this report was emailed to the facility.
