Observation: General daily cleaning is very good. However a build-up of dark grease/debris in lower traffic areas observed.

Observation: Mold growth on the line cooler along the door sealants. All food stored in the cooler are in closed containers.
Correction: Clean out the mold along the sealant of the cooler.

General observations:

√ Good food handling practices noted such as meat stored separately from all other foods in cooler
√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Bleach sanitizer available at 100ppm
**Reminder to use ~1tsp bleach in 1L water instead of 1Tbsp bleach
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
√ No signs of pest infestation noted
