-Follow-up inspection to November 23, 2016.
-Prep cooler has been serviced and thermostat has been replaced. Top of cooler unit was at 5C and bottom was at 2C to 3C. Ensure staff continue to monitor the temperature of the cooler unit. If temperatures exceed 4C, ensure cold potentially hazardous foods items are relocated or time tracked and technician is contacted.
-Staff can now use the cooler unit to store cold potentially hazardous foods without time tracking.
