- Premises and equipment maintained in a sanitary condition
- Hot and cold running water was present at warewashing sinks and handwashing sinks
- Handwashing sinks were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Soap dispenser which was present at sink adjacent to work top cooler has been removed as this sink is designated for food preparation and not handwashing - completed from previous inspection.
- Coolers were operating at 4C or colder and equipped with thermometers

- Temperatures of coolers and freezer are being monitored and recorded daily.
- Bleach present for the purpose of sanitizing step for manually washing dishes and for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- Sanitizer solution present in spray bottle and in bucket with wiping cloth was at required concentration for sanitizing food contact surfaces (100-200ppm chlorine). *Label spray bottle to indicate contents and obtain chlorine test strips so that concentration of solution in bucket, spray bottle and for warewashing can be checked.
- No signs of pest activity noted. Recommend storing food items (baking supplies) in pest proof containers.
- Staff/public washroom appeared clean and was supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Foodsafe requirement met. Operator present and has completed Foodsafe level 1.
