Routine Inspection
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius except one cooler downstairs. Technician on site. Cooler adjusted.
- Freezers ambient air temperatures ranged -10 to -20 degrees Celsius. Ensure all freezers maintain temperature at or below -18 degree Celsius. Defrost regularly to remove ice accumulation.
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius
- Temperature logs maintained.
- Food tracking system with time stamps in place.
