Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BGU2A2.

Hand sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
New grinding plate is in place for tomato grinder.
It was stated that central cooler has been adjusted / serviced. Internal food temperature at 4 to 5 degrees C. Note: Inspection conducted following lunch rush; ensure foods are maintained at 4 degrees C or less. It was stated that new door seals are also on order to help maintain cold air within the cooler.
Equipment and utensil bins generally in clean condition. Utensil bins have been moved to a higher rack.
Note: Ensure all staff are aware of "dirty to clean" flow in dishwashing area. Ensure only dirty / used items are placed onto the shelving located to the left side of the dishwasher near the back kitchen area entrance, and only clean and sanitized items are placed on the shelving located on the right side of the dishwasher to prevent potential contamination of clean equipment / utensils.
