-Hot holding cabinets were both above 60C.
-Temperatures are checked for hot foods every 4 hours and discarded if the temperature is below 60C.
-Under counter fridge was at 4C (cooking area).
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Sandwich cooler was at 3C.
-Soft serve machine was not is use at the time of inspection.
-Novelty freezer was at -15C.
-Both upright freezers were below -18C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail was at 200ppm.
-Soft serve machine cleaned and sanitized in the 2-compartment sink.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods off the ground and protected from contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until October 23, 2025.
*Two packaged sandwiches were past their best before date of November 07, 2021 and one package of meat and crack snacks was past the best before date of October 22, 2021. Ensure stock is checked and rotated as needed.
