Observation: Some evidence of pests noted in kitchen (floor/wall near dishwasher and back door and under hand sink). Monitoring traps in place. Food is up off of floor.
Corrective Action(s): Continue with your licenced pest control. Provide copy of most recent pest control report. Keep food protected, clean up food spills promptly, and continue to monitor for pests. Eliminate water sources (repair dishwasher) and continue to look for and seal holes where pests may enter.
