Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - Temperature logs are maintained - General sanitation of premise has improved. Ventilation canopies observed in sanitary condition - All hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Bleach sanitizer in labelled spray bottles measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip - Bleach sanitizer strips are available on site (exp 2024). Ensure bleach solution in spray bottles is verified at least once per day - All food observed stored covered and 6 inches off the floor, protected from potential contamination - No signs of pests during time of inspection - Staff observed wearing clean uniforms - FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site - Health permit posted in conspicuous location Notes: - No signature required due to COVID - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
