Cover the bins of food with plastic lids rather than stained clothes.
Clean the grease ladened exhaust hood.
The premises is listed under the previous owner's name. Operating permit is not transferable. Ensure that the application is filled out to obtain a new permit to operate under current ownership. Please bring to the office along with the health permit fee ($250 per year).
