-Foods are prepared in the main kitchen and served at the serving kitchen within 1 hour. Minimal amounts of food stored in the serving kitchen area.
-Refrigerators were at 4C/-15C and 4C/-20C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer brought to the kitchen during food service.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
