Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cold potentially hazardous food stored in the 3-door reach-in cooler by the front register was noted with the following internal temperatures:
1. 1 x container of marinated raw chicken 10.5C
2. 2 x containers of cooked rice 10.9C
3. 6 x containers of 946 mL whipping cream 10.6C - 11.4C (1 container was opened)
4. 2 x 1 L salsa (1 bottle was less than 1/4 full) 10.9C
5. 1 tub of mint sauce 10.4C
6. 1 x 4L homo milk (less than 1/4 full) 11.3C
7. 1 x container of raw chicken wings 11.0C
8. 1 x small block of paneer 11.9C
9. 4 x containers of milk-based sweet dessert 11.6C
10. 1 x 1 kg parmesan cheese (about 1/4 full) 11.0C
Corrective Action(s): The above noted cold potentially hazardous food were discarded by the supervisor. Bleach sanitizer was poured over the food in the waste bin. Picture evidence collected.

Observation: The 3-door reach-in cooler by the front register was noted with an ambient air temperature of 11.5C. Cold potentially hazardous food products stored in this unit was noted with an internal temperature of more than 4C.
Corrective Action(s): DO NOT use this refrigeration unit for the storage of cold potentially hazardous items.
Spoke to the operator regarding this issue as it appears to be an ongoing issue even though a technician came to service this unit. Operator has decided to replace this refrigeration unit.

Follow-up conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CNCSGS
Handwash station by the walk-in cooler was stocked with liquid soap and paper towel.
All food was stored protected in the refrigeration units. Covered, in the correct container and off the floor.
Light shield noted on the fixture that was unprotected by the cash register.
Did not observe any improper dispenser stored within the bulk flour bin.
Cleanliness of the facility has significantly improved - please keep the facility in this condition at all time. Excellent work.
Did not observe any mouse droppings during the inspection.
Caulking re-done by the 3-compartment sink.
Excellent placement of bleach sanitizer spray bottles at the facility for ease of use during food preparation - 200 PPM chlorine residual was detected in the spray bottles.

Outstanding violations from the routine inspection and during this follow-up inspection:
Debris still noted in the cabinet below the handwash sink by the cash register.
Hole noted on the wall by the 3-compartment sink - near the faucet. All holes must be sealed especially since there is a known pest issue at this facility, seal all holes to prevent pest from entering in and out of the wall and harbouring in between the wall.
