All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Proper cooling discussed.
Pest control is coming on site regularly.
Hand sinks in the kitchen were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine and the glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine. Ensure that both are checked daily.
Ice is now used to hold utensils.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm
