Observation: Ambiant temperature in 2- door glass cooler measured at 12 degree C. No perishables stored in this cooler at the time of inspection. Cooler is labled warning users " Not to store cream". Operator is aware of the high temerature and maintenance is in order.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the unit so that any food stored in this unit reaches proper storage temperature of at or below 4 degree C. Do not store any perishable food or potentialy hazardous food such as milk or cream in this unit until it is repaired and able to maintain temperature at or below 4C.

Kitchen is not in operation at the time of this inspection. Inspection carried without presence of the operator.

- Hand washing station maintained. Liquid soap and paper towels supplied.
- Food in upright 2-door Freezer measure at or below -18 degree C.
- Food in upright glass door cooler measured at or below 4 degree C. See violation notes above for other cooler.
- Dishware washing maintained.
- 100-200 ppm CL detected in sanitizer spray bottle. Sanitizer bottle labeled properly.
- Dishes and other implements stored in sanitary condition. Dishes covers properly and stored in trolley.
- Kitchen is well lit.
- No sign of pest noted at this date.
