Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on November 13, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BHVUY9). The following was noted: - Small cooler is at a temperature of 6C. As stated before, no potentially hazardous foods are to be inside the small cooler until it has been confirmed by the Environmental Health Officer that it can maintain 4C or less, continuously - Hand wash stations adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels Please correct other pending violations listed in the routine inspection.
