Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two scoops placed in dry ingredients were visibly soiled. Operator was informed and took both items and put them to be cleaned.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops are stored in a clean and sanitary manner at all times. Clean and sanitize all utensils frequently

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Handwashing sink in kitchen not equipped with single-use paper towels at the time of inspection.
Correction: Operator to ensure paper towel dispenser is in good working condition. Handwashing sinks in premises must be equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels at all times during operational hours. Adequate supply of single-use paper towels to be available on site.

-Hand wash stations (kitchen and bar) are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
-Walk-in cooler was at 0C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C. Food storage is satisfactory.
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-Food contact sanitizer not prepared at this time as no preparation or event is occurring. All necessary items to prepare solution are available
-Dishwasher has been shut off since closing. It was not able to be tested at this time.
-Bar area is maintained in a sanitary manner
-No signs of pest activity
