Observation: Bag of deli meats observed stored directly on top of eggs in the pull-out cooler drawer.

Observation: 1) The exhaust hood is overdue for servicing.
2) The shelves used for storing drinking glasses are quite dirty. The rims of the glasses are touching the dirty surface.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Get the hood serviced.
2) Remove the glasses and thoroughly clean the shelving units. Wash the glasses before storing them back.

Observation: Single compartment prep sink is not operational due to a leak. There is a 2-compartment sink that can be used for food prep.

General Comments:
Coolers are below 4 degC; foods in all the inserts are at or below 4 degC; bacon and other condiments have a date stamp. ENSURE TIMES ARE INDICATED ON THE STICKERS.
Freezers are at -18 degC or less
Foods are hot-held above 60 degC
Handsinks are fully equipped
Dishwasher rinse has 50ppm Chlorine.
Glasswasher in the bar area has 12.5ppm Iodine
Temperature logs are being maintained
The inside of the ice machine is clean; scoop's stored in a clean container
Tongs and other utensils are stored in ice. ENSURE THEY'RE WASHED/REPLACED EVERY 4 HOURS.
200ppm Quats is available for sanitizing
Manager has FS level 1 certification
A pest control in on a monthly contract. Service reports are on-site. Reviewed last service report. No concerns noted. No droppings noted during inspection. The back storage room is used to store non-food items only.
