The following items have been corrected/ observed:
--> Ladle noted in each pot of cooling foods, and observed staff stirring the pots at times of visit.
--> Walk-in cooler noted at 3.9 deg. C
--> Undercounter cooler (half cooler) noted at 2.7 deg. C
--> Dishwasher final rinse noted at 50ppm - 100ppm chlorine on plate.
--> Most foods in cooler are now covered.
--> Back screen door has been fixed.
--> Staff in kitchen are wearing masks. Ensure operator adheres to Covid-19 safety plan.
--> Temperature log has been maintained since last visit.
Note:
There are too many hard to reach areas for staff to clean + sanitize the onion slicer properly.
Recommending operator to find another equipment that could do the same purpose. If that can't be found, operator needs t consider having staff to manually cut the onions, or purchase pre-cut/ sliced onions.
