Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 'Silver King' under-counter cooler at end of coffee station was measured at an average temperature of 8.5 - 9 C (confirmed by probe thermometer).
Corrective Action(s): Two bags of coffee creamers discarded. Remainder of products in cooler were expired and slated for disposal, or shelf-stable.

Observation: 'Silver King' cooler is not maintaining food at 4 C or colder.
Corrective Action(s): Have unit serviced and operating at 4 C or colder by Tuesday next week (27th June 2017). Keep all perishable items out of this cooler until fixed and reinspected by a health officer. Call for reinspection once fixed.

*General sanitation excellent. No evidence of pest issues observed during inspection.
*All food stored off the floor and separated from chemical storage.
*Discussed cleaning procedures for frozen cappuccino/kool-aid machines, slushie machines and coffee urns. Sanitizer is used as a final step in the cappuccino/kool aid units. Slushie machines are maintained by company representatives.
*Quat sanitizer available at 200ppm in spray bottle.
*Warm water, liquid soap and paper towels available at two-compartment sink. Note: hand sink has been filled with candy products. Ensure at least one sink is always available as a hand wash sink at this counter.
*All other cooler and freezer temperatures satisfactory.
*Ice cabinet outside store is kept locked between use.
*Cookies baked on site are stored in a lidded cabinet.
*Best-before dates OK on a random selection of ready-to-eat food products.
*Note: ensure thermometer is kept inside the under-counter cooler (after repair). Thermometer had been removed by staff.
