Observation: Accumulation of food debris observed on the vegetable presser.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the sanitize the vegetable presser. Take it apart for proper cleaning and sanitizing. Operator stated he will purchase a new presser. Correct by: immediately.

Follow-up inspection:
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
- A brand new vegetable cutter had been installed.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in pails with wiping clothes stored inside.
