Met with owner and she explained the following: - no new food items added - at leasy one staff with FS level 1 training - daily temp logs are up to date and provide temperatures for cold and hot holdings - bleach used as approved sanitizer - walk in cooler - very organized - garbage area enclosed - dishwashing area- high temp dishwasher reached 182F at the final rinse plus 2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing Recommendation: - please provide the certified pest control to monitor the pest activity/ as per section 24 - please add your high temp dishwasher/rinse temperature at your daily monitoring log
