Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Walk-in cooler, display cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer and chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Bulk bins in sanitary condition. Scoops observed to be outside.
No signs of pests observed.

The following outstanding items were corrected that was noted in report#257448:
-Additional shelving racks observed adjacent to 3-compartment sink for drying bulk bins.
-Dry storage shelving units made of exposed wood replaced with metal shelving units.

NOTE: Dry raisins and nuts noted to be re-packaged at other location. Ensure manufacturer and location name on label. Ensure that other location is permitted for re-packaging.
-Do not cut or sell cut produce or fruits as facility is not permitted for cutting of produce. Submit Food Safety Plan for cutting and re-packaging of produce for health approval if facility wishes to proceed to do so.
-Ensure to maintain all invoices and all products on store floor must have labels indicating manufacturer name and location, batch number/package date, and name of product.
-Ensure to re-organize premises. No food should be stored on the floor and beside chemicals. Remove all unrelated items not related to operations.
