Comments

- The facility is equipped with hot & cold running water
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer in place
- Low temp dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine residual
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Ice machine is maintained in a sanitary manner
- FOODSAFE certified staff present


ATTENTION:
- Observed staff handling foods (cutting limes, shrimp etc) at the front area. This area is not approved for handling foods other than tea/bubble tea. All food handling must be done in the kitchen to prevent contamination.
- Observed food scraps dumped into the handsink. Do not dump any foods in the handsink as it may clog the sink and discourage employees from washing hands frequently.
- Temperature recordkeeping has been discontinued. Ensure that monitoring and recordkeeping of all refrigeration units is implemented in a consistent manner.
