Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B3NTH7.

- Deli slicer in use at time of inspection. Staff stated that deli slicer is taken apart and cleaned and sanitized following each use. No food debris was observed under the sharpening guard at the time of inspection.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer was available in spray bottles at 200 ppm.
*Note: Label has faded on one spray bottle--re-label to identify contents.
- Hole noted on previous report has been temporarily sealed with cloth. Ensure that hole is properly sealed to limit potential pest entry and to provide a surface that is smooth, non-porous, and easy to clean.
- Much of the mould/mildew has been removed from the tubing/piping noted on previous report. Ensure any sources of moisture or condensation are addressed to limit future build up of mould/mildew.
- Two of the three kitchen light fixtures noted on the previous report were on/working with covers in place. Ensure that third light fixture is operational with bulbs and a shatterproof cover in place.
