**Please consider rearranging where your kitchen paper towel dispenser / bread station is to prevent water dripping

Turn off and empty machine, remove top and bottom panels, wash all contact surfaces with warm soapy water, rinse well, sanitize, rinse, then turn back on and discard the first few batches of ice
Records on site and available for review. As discussed, please revise the sheets to include all refrigeration systems. Also make sure your staff know how to accurately test the rinse cycle on the dishwasher
