Handwash stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
Walk-in cooler at less than 4C.
Walk-in freezer at less than -18C.

Food stored are covered and protected.
Sanitizer in spray bottle was detected at >100ppm (bleached out). Dilute bleach sanitizer to 100ppm.
3-compartment sink is maintained. Drain plugs available for manual dishwashing.
Meat slicer is in great condition, very clean.
Premises is well-lit.
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
