Discussed the following with kitchen prep staff since owner was away:

- at least one staff per shift has the FS level 1
- hot water is available on all hand washing stations
- observed good hand washing practices at the time of inspection
- no PH food was left on the room temperature during this inspection
- Permit to operate posted
- scoop for ice machine has been stored in the separate container
- daily temperature log is up to date / including the high temp dishwasher
- bleach used as approved sanitizer/ test trips are available - please ensure to label spray bottles that they contain an approved sanitizer
