Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Used utensils not cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Corrective Action(s): Bowl for mixing egg and cups for mixing sugar/syrup for drinks need to be washed and sanitized after each use. Operator took all used utensils and washed in the dishwasher.

Comments

General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Coolers and freezers equipped with thermometers.
Food storage practices (except as noted above about the eggs) is satisfactory.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Operator hygiene appeared satisfactory.
Quats sanitizer was 200-400ppm.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of at least 71 degrees Celsius (as per thermal label).
No signs of pests.

Discussed with operator about pearls for bubble tea. Cooked pearls should not be stored at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Operator states the quality of the pearls degrades if stored in the cooler. Pearls should be cooked as close as possible to the serving time if stored at room temperature after cooking.
Also discussed with operator about regular cleaning of walk in freezer.
