-Inspection conducted to review "Phase A" renovations of the bakery -"Phase B" area of the bakery is currently under renovation, and not providing services -"Phase A" section of the bakery includes cake decorating and sandwich prep -3-compartment sink is available in Phase A of the bakery for manual warewashing -Separate hand-sink in Phase A is supplied w/ hot/cold water, soap and paper towels -Walk-in freezer temp <-18C -Walk-in cooler temp <4C -All refrigerated display cases are operating at/below 4 C -All surfaces appear clean and well-maintained -No issues/concerns noted *Please contact Fraser Health to schedule inspection(s) of Phase B and hot kitchen areas as the renovations near completion *Ensure all construction areas are sealed/separated from food preparation/production/storage areas to protect against potential contamination
