Staff are unable to take apart machine and clean this area. Staff stated that maintenance comes every 6 months to clean. Corrective Action(s): Increase frequency of maintenance periods, or adjust machine so that staff are able to clean it at store level. General:' - handwashing stations stocked with soap, and paper towels > front handsink only has warm water; staff stated that a ticket has been put in to fix hot water - sanitizer at three comp sink: 200ppm quats - reheating instructions posted at front as per previous inspection - staff currently checking all stock for expiry dates - FOODSAFE requirements met Temperatures: - pizza hot holding cabinet: 70C - hot dogs* 61C - taquitos: 66C - nacho cheese: 62C - chili: 64C * hot dog rollers in back are not rolling (front rollers ok); ticket also submitted to fix roller.
