Comments

No pizza preparation on site. They are only cooking some meats per order. Bleach used as approved sanitizer and it is available at 100ppm . Daily temperature logs are available on site. Meat cutting area has been cleaned almost every 2 hours. One certified food handler present on site, at the time of inspection.
