Comments

Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:
- Handsink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - sandwich prep cooler, display cooler, two undercounter coolers are measured at less than 4C. Yogurt stored in ice bin (one compartment) during rush time is at less than 4C
- Two upright storage freezers and front ice cream freezer are less than -18C
- Ice cream scoops stored in satisfactory manner
- Three compartment sink available for manual ware washing, sanitizer compartment is filled with 200ppm quats solution
- Peroxide solution is used as sanitizer for food contact surfaces. NOTE: Get the test strips from your supplier to check and ensure it is maintained at required concentration. Otherwise continue to use quats solution (200ppm) from three compartment sink dispenser
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- General sanitation is satisfactory
