Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dairy cooler (under the sales counter) is currently operating at ~9 degrees Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): Temperature knob was set near the minimum setting at time of inspection. Adjusted the temperature control knob to make the refrigerator operate at a cooler temperature. Temperature is now within acceptable limits (ie. at/below 4 Celsius).

- Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration
- Facility appears clean and well-organized
- No pest activity observed during inspection
